Pastor Williams was born and raised in Baltimore, MD by her grandmother. She’s a product and graduate of the Baltimore City Public School System. The mother of two adult children, one grandson and one daughter-in-law. She surrounded her life to Christ and was baptized at the tender age 16 at Perkins Square Baptist Church. A 1997 Coppin State University graduate with a dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Psychology/Early Childhood Education. Her ministry studies and degrees obtained are Bachelor of Theology (2005), Master of Religious Education (2009) and Master of Divinity (2011) from Eastern Theological Seminary Lynchburg, VA Maryland (Canaan Baptist Church) Campus.

Having encountered several life transitions, but never leaving the realms of the Lord, she became a member at First Mount Calvary Baptist Church in 1984-2006, serving under Pastor Joseph S. Watkins, Sr. She served on several ministries, her fondest leadership positions were being the Directress of the Youth & Young Adult and President of the Women’s Ministries. Pastor Williams received her call to preach in 2001 and was licensed in April 2002, which has led to leadership positions with UBMC/The Baptist Congress of Christian Education for the state of MD. Directors of Christian of Education, Youth and Matron’s Ministries. In 2006 Pastor Williams united and served on various ministries for 5 years at Second Antioch Baptist Church E. Baltimore, under Pastor Michael Morrison, where the Lord saw to her being ordained on July 18, 2010.

After 33 years of teaching with BCPSS, she retired in 2018 to fulfill her passion work as visionary and pastor of Believer’s Baptist Church. She continues to work parttime as Literacy Mentor and Substitute Teacher with BCPSS. As the pastor of Believer’s Baptist Church, Pastor Williams accepts her duty to oversee a congregation powered by the Holy Spirit. We serve and praise the Lord through, Sunday worship, Sunday School, Bible Study, Evangelism, 4 Corner’s Community Outreach, Beatitudes Ministry, annual days such as Pastor & Church Anniversary, Men and Women’s Day, Family & Friend’s Day, Women With A Vision & Men’s Fellowship, Prayer Breakfast, Conferences, Workshops and Revivals. Pastor Williams is also a member of Baltimore County & Vicinity Minster’s Alliance.
